of course wayne put them on but their followings (drake and nicki) are not dependent on waynes popularity anymore. Drake has a base of fans who are following even though hes hasn't toured with wayne for a whole tour. Nickis fanbase are turning out in high numbers at festivals tv shows (GMA) and this britney tour where nicki is almost stealing the show since her buzz is overtaking brittneys buzz.

And i do agree them concerts tickets are fucking rediculous for watch the throne....but so are the wayne tickets for his current tour. And nobody is raving about his tour and its not selling out. But tour stats aside WTT is taking over the charts and it hasnt even hit retail stores or amazon yet. Thats hotter than any wayne single thats been out. MBDTF out sold and out acclaimed Waynes last 2 albums combined as far as mainstream success album sales reception and reviews. Wayne has hat 1 BIG album in his whole career as far as mainstream success. My fav 3 wayne albums Block is hot, C1 and C2 were not huge mainstream successes and notice he doesn't even perform those songs anymore because the white pop crowd dont like that weezy.

Drakes throwaway singles (wack in my opinion) have gotten bigger reception than Lil Waynes actual singles. They just dont get airplay because they arent offical album singles...otherwise they would out do wayne.

Wayne seems like he is scared of them outgrowing his last album which is why he didn't add them to the summer tour bill. If he really wanted to sell out his latest tour he would have put drake and nicki on the tour. But he was scared they would outshine him i think so he put scrubs like far east movement keri hilson and lloyd and rick ross on the bill. Those names are not as big as wayne so he can get the shine to him self.

I've lost interest over Wayne the last 3 years but dude is still popular. I don't know if he's C3 popular but we will find out when the 1st week sales come out for C4. Though I don't think it will be all that with how his last 2 garbage ass albums sold. C4 will eventually go plat but he's not doing it in a week. Wayne will never do that again. The buzz he has now leading up to the C4 release ain't nuthin like it was when C3 came out. All those songs he did in 07' to when Lollipop came out, his buzz was fuckin huge. I hated that song with a passion with how much it was being played. Then Amilli came out, it was a wrap. He had so much buzz going into C3 that you knew he was going to sell over amilli in a week. This time with C4 on it's way, not so much. I can see him selling about 200-300,000 1st week but I could be wrong... We will soon find out.

It's not that Wayne isn't popular or even feel off, he's still spitting the same Level since right before "Carter III', the problem is over saturation. He's been on 1 million callabos in the last 5 years. You can't hate on his work ethic which is one of the best in Rap History. But when you force feed the market, people will get tired of you. "Rebirth" flopped by Wayne Standards, you coming off a Triple Platinum LP and your follow up album went Gold?

And stop calling it a "Rock" album, ask any Rock fan they will laugh at you, just cause it had a few guitars in it doesn't make it a rock album. Experimental, yes, but Wayne's fans kinda tuned out on that LP. "I'm am not a Human Being" was a glorified Mixtape but it still went Gold, so Wayne's last 2 LP's didn't go Platinum. He's had to push "Carter 4" back over and over again. Him naming his mixtape, "Sorry for the wait" was laughable as he's never left. I just think people get tired of you sometimes, and Wayne probably needs to take 2 or 3 years off. Won't be shocked when the Carter 4 doesn't live up to expectations sales wise. As for Drake and Nicki being Bigger, they also have to watch their backs, they only had 1 successful LP, the Sophomore album is the hardest to maintain success, even the greats have had issues with it.
