I'm sure for p.r. purposes, they're gonna say he's in general population. But to me, if you're in general population, with your own personal "escort", that's still protective custody. No matter what, they're not gonna treat him like a normal inmate. For security reasons alone, they can't afford to treat him like they would the average inmate. Most of those guards will be just as starstruck as anybody else. They might think that if they get on his good side, he'll hire them to do security for Cash Money or some shit. I guarantee at least one guard gets fired for tryin to sneak Wayne some weed or syrup or both. But as far as drugs go, he probably won't be able to get away with what other inmates can just because they'll probably be watching him like a hawk 24-7.

Dont know Rikers but IMO he will more than alright. Dude will probably be a king. Wont even come close to being in any kind of bad situation.
