Yeah, i think Wayne was better in the 05 (Carter 2), 06 (Dedication 2), and 07 (Drought 3) years.

I kinda think he feel off when he dropped Dedication 3 (like a few months before Carter 3).

This is when he started introducing Nicki and YM more, (Drake wasn't around then) ..

When he started focusing on this crew (which is great), he started falling off himself .

I think Wayne needs to get out, and go back to his Cash Money, "Best Rapper Alive", mindset.

If he starts rapping like he did on "Im Me", "Skys the Limit", and "Weezy's Ambition" .. he'll probably get more positive views.

Hell ... even the IC might start checking for him, lol.

Well .. 3 peat was straight, but Let the beat build should've been the intro.

But what was "Let The Beat Build" actually about?

Jay-Z completely shitted on Wayne on Mr. Carter.. Wayne's verses didn't make sense, and it was obvious he was trying too hard.

Nigga's heard Comfortable on "The Drought is Over Pt. 4" .. thats waaaaaaaay before Carter 3.

The last verse on "Playing With Fire" (which sucked), is the same verse he used on "World Of Fantasy" (great song) .

Nobody was feeling the alien shit on "Phone Home".. That was obviously a filler, or gimmick track ..

Brisco and Busta Rhymes killed Wayne on "La La La" .. which was a dope song, but the original "La La La" would've fitted better.

Both Juelz and Fab leg dropped, Lil Wayne on "You Aint Got Nothing". Waynes verse "ehh.."
