Honestly, I am not a Wayne fan but there is nothing such as competition anymore. How can you compete when there is nothing but stans and haters. Look at the internet very few call it how it really is, stans and haters. Even if Wayne was to compete with someone worth competing with there fans would claim they won and Wayne's fans would claim he won. That competition shit is dead because of the wack ass fans. This... is true. I kinda touched on this earlier, but I was referring to rappers. Yeah, there's no more objective listeners in hip hop anymore, and the casual fan nowadays doesn't even care about hip hop. They care more about American Idol and who's getting eliminated in whatever reality show is hot now.So rap beefs are kinda obsolete now, unless it's Jay and Wayne. Call it crazy but there is some validity to what he is saying. Hip Hop is making niggas millionaires and slowly creeping towards a billionaires. Hip Hop elites are socializing with some of the world's elites, plus people like Wayne have access to a world that we can only dream of. With that being said once u reach their status who are you competing with but yourself??? Even when the whites latch on to the next nigga, he still got Young Money and has amassed enuff music to tour for the rest of his life so why not be happy like he says he is??

Audiences care about what music you bring to the table.That is why so many artists fall off when they get rich they aren't hungry anymore, they don't have that strong drive to prove their skills against the other hungry upincoming artists. The genesis of hip hop is competition, I dont see how you can take out the main/key ingredient in something and still call it the same thing or say it just as good.
