Pretty sure Wayne got his contract restructured (moreso in his favor) back in '06 as well. In 06 he and Tez linked up with Hip Hop Since 1978 (who im sure were the ones really in his ear about signing to Roc A Fella) and they seem like a pretty efficient management company since (on top of wayne) they manage Drake, Nicki, Ye, 40, Just Blaze, and Jeezy.
