You know how much I hammer on Android, but in all honesty JellyBean is really really close to iOS, it's nowhere near as buggy and unstable as ICS. As for all that fragmentation shit, stick with the Nexus line. The nexus4 is a great phone for the price $349.
The Z10 isn't touching the Nexus4 hardware or for that matter software wise.

I think so, I mean spec wise the iPhone 5 isn't touching these android phones but it beats all except the note 2 in speed tests.

True but from everything I'm reading (so far) shit isn't that great. Every review I've read says the web browser is slow in comparison to both Android and iOS, not like a millisecond or a second difference which is negligible...it's like noticeably slower. Also the App selection is quite limited right now and kinda buggy...battery life is atrocious, almost 3 and a half hours less than the iPhone5, and comparable Android phones, you almost HAVE to buy another battery. Honestly the Z10 is looking really meh the more I read about it. Plus you really gonna wait till late March for the joint? I could understand waiting if it was an amazing ground breaking phone...but it's really on par with the iPhone4s and like a Galaxy Nexus...if that.
Oh and the camera even though it's 8mp is absolutely terrible.

What the hell? Am I reading this right? Are you giving Android props? Did someone hack your account? By the way, what do you have against Windows phones and Windows 8. I don't particularly care for the OS, but I don't think it's terrible. I've hear reasonably good things about it though.
Rage is right though. JellyBean is very stable. It's very rare that anything crashes, and usually when it does it's because it's cause I'm trying to run a dozen programs at the same time going back and forth. I don't see the fragmentation as a problem though. Get a good phone, and it doesn't really matter how many other Android phones are on the market. As for the UI, it's Android. If you don't like the UI, you can download another one. There is literally something for everyone out there.

Yeah I have seen the reviews and honestly I wonder if some of these issues they are talking about is just because it is BlackBerry and BlackBerry is still "dead" in most peoples eyes. I think some of the issues may be able to be addressed in a software update. If not and it's hardware well then it's a problem. Either way I want it in my hand to try it out and see for myself. If it sucks that bad then I will cop that iPhone 5s or see what the iPhone 6 offers. Bottom line is iOS has to change something. It's just so damn stale now. And waiting on these Jailbreaks is getting old. I just want something new. I had a bad experience with Android that left a bad taste in my mouth. Pause. So I don't see myself ever going back to that. Windows Phone is definitely out of the question. I want me a BBM Pin.

Nah I dont think thats it. I mean if the reviewers were talking about subjective shit like the look of the phone (which i think is great) or the design aesthetic of the OS (which I also like) then yeah I would just chalk it up to salty ass reviewers. But that hasnt been the case, the Z10 has been roundly accepted as a beautiful phone and same with the OS. Its the actual USING of the phone thats come under criticism. I havent personally used it so I am just relaying info from the usual trusted reviewers.

We give JB it's props, but that's where it stops...
I just find WP8 design aesthetic to be atrocious. In portrait mode words are cut off, the way apps look and are designed look armatureish, in app sub menus are vague, there is no notification center, active tiles are great....until you have more than one notification...then it just tells you you have two notifications. The browser isn't as feature rich as Safari or Chrome...it's just a very shoddy OS. App selection is piss poor, keyboard is one of the worst I've used and aside from the Lumia and I think the HTC the phone selection is meh. Which is why I thought BB10 could get that 3rd playoff spot.
