Basically what I said: everybody not realizing they need each other and Smack and the crew still running the business like your local hustleman. Take a couple hundred dollars and take a business class. The stuff Cortez was talking about at KOTD was the most basic Business course shit in the world. Treat your top employees like they matter and they show up to work on time and prepared.

Smack gonna end up like those streetball legends who skipped the pros to be hood stars. While Organik's gonna be the one to end up being the face of battle rap somehow. Depressing ass prediction done.

As a brother, its sad to see this happening so soon, and even though its nothing new but Black People do not know how to act when "some" cash is involved. Instead of building a brand together and eating together, we'll shortchange one another during the moment, not sitting and realizing that in the long run we can be larger than this. It hurts, because it seems like us brothers we never think longevity, we only want and live for the moment...

How are we arguing over crumbs? and how do you disrespect a craft that you and your own created by not putting 101% each time you are booked for a show???

Me being from Toronto and pretty much living here all my life, I am proud of Organik and his team for real. To see where dude was just back in 06-07 as an emcee, battling around the city to see where he is now is amazing. But I would like to see my own doing the exact same thing if not better.

I respect Cortez for that blog, shit is sad for real.

Yea I agree fam. If u take out the word battlerap, I wouldve thought Cortez was talkin about Hip hop in the mid 90s. I knew this shit would happen, but I didnt think it would be this soon.
