Alright so my recap of night 2.
Bonnie Godiva vs Young Gattas : first lemme say Bonnie is sexy in person. Passed by her many times, shes about 5'4-5'5 in height and shes got bars. At first I thought Young Gattas was gonna catch a body, she came prepared and did her thing. Bonnie was just as impressive, both performances were impressive. Couldnt call a winner live.
JPro vs Anygma: Anygma had a solid performance. He got off the plane just 30 mins prior to this battle so he really wanted to do this. J-Pro was ontop of his game tonight and won 2-1.
Tycoon Tax vs Cortez: Tycoon Tax was alright. Didnt get the hype about this kid, maybe an off night. Cortez as well, thought he could've done a bit better but was okay nonetheless. 2-1 Cortez.
Rone vs Real Deal: this was crazy battle. Rone was doing his thing, and when you think Real Deal was out of it he would bounce back. Real Deal also took a shot at URL rappers, saying they're scared and ducking him. Debatable battle, will wait till footage comes out.
Hollowhan vs Clips: big disappointment for Hollowhan. Only had a few bright moments, just seemed off. His delivery. He might've snuck in a round, ill have to watch it. Clips...man. What a debut. Crowd was fckin with him, he was really dope and spazzed. Didnt seem to slow down like he usually does. He also took a shot at Smack and URL. Hollowhan got bagged up 3-0. Clips also with performance of the night
Pat Stay vs Arcane: battle of the night. First things first. Pat Stay is the most calm and relaxed battle rapper ive seen. I mean this guy was stage dancing, clownin around like he had nothing to prepare for and whats also impressive is his delivery and performance. Really dope watching him. Strong rounds from both Pat and Arcane, lots of quotables from both. Arcane was cookin in the 3rd until he forgot a line and killed his momentum. He finished a little weak while Pat was really strong. I wouldve hated to call this match but the judges made the decision and......... NEEEEEEW KOTD Champion Pat Stay. Alotta people said Arcane got robbed but I felt if Pat lost, people wouldve said Pat got robbed so close matchup overall.

Overall, a very successful event by KOTD. I had a great time, a lot of debatable battles. I was makin fans out there by yelling "DON DEMARCO" at some hot bars. Its crazy watching the battles live, shows how important delivery and performance come into play. Showed PH, Diz, and Charron some love. Battle rappers get mad love down here, so its dope meeting them and they hang out with everybody. A common theme for this event was taking shots at Smack/URL. Loe Pesci, Charron, Hollowhan, Charlie Clips all dissed or made a URL reference. Hopefully my recap was onpoint, I know some battles will look different on cam but that was my take on the event.
