I dont think it will make his smack battle less anticipated, it was confirmed that everyone in that bitch was from steel city that was booing Diz and overcheering Arcane. I think Diz was gonna pull the same shit on T Rex that he did Arcane. Diz released videos saying what he was gonna expose Rex for will make you never think of him as a rapper again.

I think Diz just had a subpar overall battel. Diz imo could still crush Trex and his cheerleaders full of elves. I'm just not sure if crowd reaction to Diz will be fair in that scene either. In fact it might be tougher, but we will see. Imo, Rex is as overrated as Mook is.
