B-Magic 2-1 or 3-0 (his first was just as good as Charlies imo) If every battle was a 1 off, Charlie Clips would have a nice recored. He needs to structure his rounds better and stop using his best punches all in the 1st. Daylyt vs Swave is a clever ass matchup. Like SM3 so far..

Re watched 1st 2nd and firt time on 3rd Charlie's looking real bad with the talking whilst rapping shit trying to throw magic off his flow. Auto loss for that round.
1st round was close but I gave it to magic as I've heard a few similar bars used by other battlers against magic.
2nd goes to magic you could see the hurt in Charlie's face a minute or so into magics round, the Kennedy line was the turning point when Charlie started talking and shit.
Not a good look for someone considered a vet. Especially telling don de markhoe not to sound the claxon for magic lol.
Anyone know how this don de markhoe shit works? Supposed to be for hot bars but he seems to randomly hit the shit sometimes due to crowd reaction (Even weak ass bars) sometimes just has a flat out seizure on the button and just fucks up what the battlers are saying... I find myself sat there for 5 or so seconds after questioning wtf he's sounding off for then get angry as shit when I rewind to hear a basic line.

this battle seemed to have everything going for it then fell asleep at the wheel.
Both niggas was gassed & stumbling to the finish line
i really think B Magic had more & was just getting annoyed by Clips antics. A lot of his punches werent landing & somewhere durin the end of his 2nd he was lackin his usual conviction in them.
I think what Charlie did was really corny in the 3rd round. He did the same to Serius but knew he fucked up & let it slip + Magic wasnt gonna let him off the hook. Notice the difference in when he feels confident he won by the 3rd like vs Arsonal. then go & watch how he starts over talkin the other person when he knows its looking bad for him.

All that talking, jiggalating, and other shit he was doing during Magic's rounds was unnecessary. Sit your ADHD ass down and let the man spit. A jab here or there after a bar is one thing, but while a dude is mid-bar is ho shit.
Second, how Clips even get the first? I'm tired of this "Let's have a conversation" shit going on. Nah. He was talking and not rapping for most of this, and he had the nerve to talk about somebody else doing exactly what he was. Weak bars, no real flow, AND hypocrisy in the same battle? Everything else proved why NYC might be the worst city in the world to hold an event. The dickriding there is unparalleled. In Clips first, what was there to oooh about?

That magic clips was a good ass battle...I really wasn't disappointed til the end of Clips third...But you could tell he had started freestyling to make his verse longer like he always do...Magic aint slack a single round, that second was amazing...
