Whats your.favorite battle of all time?
This one is very hard for me to answer, I have 2 that i will post for now. Hollohan vs Pat Stay, This one was fucking crazy because everyone knew they were best friends, then there was a little bit of beef and then they announced a battle. Battle did not disappoint, they held nothing back from eachother. It was one of the most personal battles ive ever seen and was intense. Almost every line from both was a haymaker.
Thesaurus vs Illmaculate. Pretty much for the same reasons i like hollohan vs pat stay. Best friends, most personal lines brought up. Everyone thought saurus was way better than illmac back then but illmac put that to rest real quick.
Loaded Lux vs Murda Mook - Was never a fan of mook but i loved how these 2 just went back and forth for what seemed like 4 minute rounds, Lux destroyed dude imo. First smack battle i saw that i enjoyed.
Which battler was you happy to see get bodybagged?
Okwerdz vs Hollow and okwerdz vs Rone. Never was a fan of the dude, thought he was waaaaaay overhyped. When hollow destroyed him everyone felt like "every battler loses a big one" then rone came thru who was no where near as big as okwerdz and completely demolished him. Now nobody enjoys okwerdz.
QP vs Soul Khan - Conceited is the only one i can somewhat stand from the SONS, Khan was on the come up and when conceited rejected his offer to battle i was pretty upset because it would have been khans best opponent. Instead he sent QP in there. Khan easily beat him in 2 rounds, then he did that 3rd round dissing everyone. it was fucking hype. all of khans rounds were fucking ether.
When did you start watching battle rap?
I think i was 14 or 15, somewhere around there. I just started watching 106 and park, and then saw Jin on freestyle fridays. Got me interested in battle rap so when youtube got big i started looking at battles like Fight Klub and Smack.
