The chicken my sis made was on point; the wings were slowed cooked at 200 for about 5 hours and finished in a balsamic reduction wit sesame seeds. The fresh green beans were tossed with olive oil and lemon juice mixed with sliced almonds.

No pics, but for Mother's Day I grilled some pineapple slices, a pineapple - mango chutney glazed salmon, scallops marinated in fresh lemon and lime juice, king crab legs, marinated onions, sweet peppers and chipotle corn. Of course I had some marinated chicken wings.

For the appetizer, I made grouper ceviche with mimosas to drink. For dessert, I made a tiramisu cake.

No, I'm a foodie..cooking in any capacity relaxes me, and I get a high from enjoying my meal. So, I go all out when I cook.
