The nba isn't about PER or any advanced metrics the NBA is about 5 niggas having chemistry and being mature enough to handle a fucking season lol. Look at all the people on the leaderboard for those categories. No Golden State or Cleveland players.

Advanced stats are great for sports with larger rosters and more position types like baseball or football. But in basketball fuck PER. Wade had a PER in his finals vs Dallas that was better than Jordan does that mean Wade is the goat?

The Pelicans are a below .500 team. Boogie who has issues of his own and lacks maturity is not going to magically make this team a top tier contender.
