And also lol @ how all these niggas like "i knew GS being shooters wouldn't work "i knew they were too young/inexperienced" "i knew all the flash wouldn't work"

Yall niggas LYING

Wont nobody preaching that golden state would be struggling before game 1. Now yall acting like this was the obvious result and you knew it all along

i picked the cavs. before game 1.

and it aint hard if you actually watch and understand bball to not be surprise about what is transpiring. Being young inexperience has always been a factor in any team sport don't matter what level you are at. It takes more than just being in the finals., all this ish is learned. Lebron had to learn going against the spurs, n the mavs,. Dirk, Kobe, Wade etc. If you watch enough basketball also you would know, no team is gonna win anyone's championship just shooting jump shots...

now this series is not over by a long shot, but if you understand the game of basketball it ain't hard to understand what is going on right now.

Your argument would have merit, if it didnt work both ways...

Delledova, Shump, JR, Tristan, Mosgov... please let me know how much experience they have deep in the playoffs...

Im not saying AFTER WATCHING the 3 games its hard to see what is happening, but if you were gonna say the cavs were gonna win the series because of EXPERIENCE then that's a dumb argument, cuz it's only Lebron with any,

This comes down to one thing - people vastly underestimated Lebron and the impact he can have individually and by elevating the play of his entire team. That is what greats do. If you couldnt see that, then that's on you.

I picked GS in a long series - but I did so with hesitation because of the dude standing on the other sideline.

This is true. Vastly underestimated... but with good reason. It's unprecedented for someone to win the finals as the only all-star caliber person on their team against the best team in the league.

Yes and No.

If you have been watching him play his whole career, objectively, you knew this type of dominance was a possibility.

He's literally averaging OVER 48 minutes per game and will possibly average a triple double including ~40 points. That's unprecedented. No one is calling that type of performance.

You are right. No one predicted this statistical performance.

But if you thought it impossible that he could will his team to a victory (regardless of how the numbers played out), then you underestimated his greatness. He is an All Timer.

I don't believe in "willing your team to victory" That's some espn bullshit

You can draw attention off your shooters, guard the other team's best player, pass your teammates open etc... That's good playmaking and just being great overall. But when niggas say "willing his team to victory" that sounds like BS. Like he wants a ring more than other people so they play harder or some shit. I don't buy that.

Lmao. What do you call what is happening?

Use all of your stats and strategies and in depth explanations. At the end of the day- its simple.

He does want it more. For a lot of reasons.

-Who has had more doubters for over a decade?

-Who has been more scrutinized?

-Who in the league has had more failures and disappointments on the biggest stage?

-Who in the league is closer to being compared to the greatest of all time?

-Who was the dude that came home to a city that has been yearning for a championship, literally forever?

But its not only that, he is able to take it - because he is better than everyone else on the floor - really in his era.

So call it what you want. But it wasn't impossible to predict

I already gave examples of what is happening.

But to say "he wants it more" is laughable. Like you know this nigga personally.

The goal for everyone in the nba is to win the championship. You cant say a nigga "wants it more" just cuz he's the best player in the league.

You been watching these games? How many times have you seen Mike Miller, Delly and fuckin James Jones hit the ground for 50/50 balls in the past? Probably never. And how many times did GS players hit the deck for a loose ball before the Cavs' players? I don't think even once.

The Cavs do want it more, and it could be suggested it's that way because LeBron wants it more. Hell, Iggy himself said they need to start playing like every possession was their last. The Cavs been playing like that. Kobe cosigned the theory as well. It's not far-fetched like you seem to believe.

Insane part is IF the Cavs win and all them guys are now more confident and, experienced , and they get healthy? Shit

Kyrie, Delly

JR, Shump

Bron, Jones

Love, Thompson

Mozgov, Varajao

Only potential additon to make is maybe another wing over Jones.

So there is no correlation between will/focus/determination and a player's performance?

So Dellavadova is just better than Curry?

He is performing better.

If your theory were true, then all of these guys would be fucking video game characters - with ratings for each dimension of playing ability. Sports would just be a math problem where the better team statistically would always win.

They are human, b. This is life. Everything that people do is influenced by will, focus, and determination.

Could be a dynasty

I'm enjoying this series, I feel its going 7.

Something I don't feel anyone speaking about is Cleveland been leading on the scoreboard a majority of the games. But GS while shooting poorly and turning the ball over at a high rate and Cle getting to the line have kept the games close.

LeBron out his mind and they going to multiple ot's and winning by single digits. GS looking inept for long stretches but still be in the games. Not to mention Thompson grabbing up every board, and Draymon and Bogut being shaky.

Can't take nothing away from Lebron, doing what he gotta do. But I don't think this series is over.

Completely missing the point.

How do you define wanting it more? How can you measure that?

Give me an answer to that and you have the potential to start making sense.

Cuz what you talking is basically saying the Warriors DONT want to win this ring. Which is not even reply-worthy.

And in what universe do you see delledova performing better than curry?

Not in a single game this series did delledova outperform curry, and this is with delledova at his best and curry at this worst.
