Depends on what they mean by better.
Luck has intangibles of a pro QB and needs a whole lot less coaching than RG3. I mean Baylor runs the spread after all. That's why the Colts are such a good fit for Luck right now because RG3 is gonna need a bit of coaching and development. Colts staff don't really have that anymore.
With that said RG3's upside > Luck's. RG3 has nigh unlimited potential. And thats why we gonna shit all over the NFC east.
