Ref didn't have a choice. FIFA rules. Because the keeper attacked after the guy was down. But stupid rule, IMO. What was to stop him from getting up and attacking again? Manager did the right thing after his keeper got sent off. Pull his players off due to safety reasons. It's going to force the league's hand. Might have to replay the game. They were already a goal down and now the keeper sent off due to no fault of his own.
