Baron Davis Needs Surgery, NBA Career Could Be Over............To put it bluntly, Davis shredded his knee in Game 4,,,,Not only did he dislocate his kneecap, but an MRI has revealed that he suffered a partial tear of the patella tendon and complete tears of the anterior cruciate and medial collateral ligaments in his right leg.

Davis needs surgery that has a recover time of around 12 months. It will cost him an entire NBA season, meaning he wouldn't return until the 2014-15 campaign.
