Jay is the most consistant rapper ever. As far as the longevity and putting out quality material in rapid succession. He has that above anyone else. But that dont make him the best ever. I feel like alot of his music lacks substance. I was always a fan, but I can;t sit here and say I felt Jay songs like that. He didn't reach people like that. He set trends in other ways.
