Real question! Can ANYBODY recreate this beat?

I'm in the process of finishing my album and it's coming along perfectly. However I need this beat to finish it.

I may have had this joint in mind for like a year just writing to it here and there.

I thought I had time because it's been on sale for almost two years and no one touched it. Someone just recently snatched it up and I'm hurt because I can't find anything similar to it.

Dead serious though. We can discuss business if someone can legit make this beat.

Only thing is couple of those sounds I don't have, but the drums I can make and there's multiple samples used but I think I know all of them
