Shit I been buying all my meat from a local butcher we have here in town. How the meat got to his shop, I don't know, but the quality of the meat is way better than anything bought at a grocery store. Really ain't that much more expensive but I tend to eat the same stuff over and over and not really branch out to too many new recipes due to budget haha.

We got a halal farm out here that does all kinda meat including lamb and goat. But you have to buy in bulk and first timers have to watch how they humanely slaughter the animal. It's cool and all but that's gonna be a no for me dawg lol. If it wasn't for that I'd be all up and through that cuz they got eggs and honey too.

^Those food docs are depressing af. After watching Food Inc. It really shows how much is outta our control. All this food produced for mass consumption. Its impossible to kno what is really in it. All those chemicals etc etc. Plus it shows how we are so dependent on big bizness food companies. No one grows anything themselves. We are all basically putty in their hands.

Forgot to mention @marc123 and whoever else may be interested. The same director/creator/producer that made the Food Inc Documentary also has a series on Netflix called "Cooked". The show has 4 or 5 episodes that focus on a different element. Earth, Air, Fire, Water and how we use each element in cooking and its history and the positives and negatives on each one. Its really eye opening. Doesnt make you scared to eat or anything, just really educational on how humans started cooking and using each element.

The earth episode and how humans ferment food and the way fermented food benefits us was awesome. Highly recommend the show.

Ah man thats nuts. Ive been trying to branch out into Lamb and goat but every time i buy some I dont cook it right lol. Its a hard meat to prepare and get to taste like restaurants have it. Not sure if its a seasoning thing or how im cooking it. Gonna read up on it some and try it again one day.

The ABC show American crime is on netflix! Been wanting to see this for a while. It's good as hell. Felicity Huffman acting her ass off even tho her character racist as shit lol.

Cedric the Entertainer and Martin Lawrence both got stand up specials releasing this month. Cedrics will be on Netflix on the 16th if im not mistaken.

Before the year ends there will also be a Kevin Hart special and a few other comedians
