Lol I don't know if I've ever seen a worst rating on imdb. Lol. The user reviews were mad funny. Their not fucking with that shit at all. I thought it was fake. Had to Google the shit.

Lmao. The reviews are hilarious

Maaaaaann I just finished watching forest gump on AMC and this shit got me fucked up. And a nigga bout to hit the club for a bday party. Forest gump a real nigga and the greatest story teller of all time.

Oculus - 6.4/10 I thought we had a winner with the first half, but the second half of the story became overworked and silly. I realize, by nature, most horror movies are silly, but this one became silly even in light of the story being told. Which is a shame because the story is semi clever. There is a lot of weaving between the past and the present. It definitely reminded me of the sequel to Insidious but not as good. If the writers would have kept it simple like the first 45 minutes, I would have given it a 7/10. Definitely scary in some scenes, although I didn't care for the CGI'd eyes on the ghosts. The mom was the scariest aspect of the film by far. Her story arc could have been an entire movie on its own.

Watched this joint the other day here is how I see it you have to look at it as..just as its stated as chapter 2..instead of a sequel

I loved the first insidious and this one in the conext of the ending to the movie is great as well if it makes sense to anyone

(GRADE = B) From Director Darren Aronofsky who brought us the cult classic "Reqieum for a Dream" as well as the films "The Wrestler" and "Black Swan" brings this biblical epic story of Noah Ark to the Screen. The Film stars Russell Crowe as Noah as Emma Watson of Harry Potter fame as well as teaming up with Jennifer Connelly again after their Oscar Winning film "A Beautiful Mind". It also had Anthony Hopkins and Ray Whinestone in it. I liked this adaptation of the story. Darren did a great job mixing not only religious aspect of the Noah's Ark Story but there as some scientific logic also.

The movie actually felt like a live action "My Book of Bible Stories" as it told not only Noah's story but also "Adam and Eve", "Sodom and Gomorrah" as well as"Kane and Abel". The flood was off the chain. There was surprising a lot of action once the rain started. It went from a Bible story to Gladiator/Bravehart, lol. The movie didn't follow the religious story word for word but it basically used Fantasy elements to describe the biblical aspects. Russell Crowe killed it as usual. You were rooting for Noah but as the movie goes along you find yourself almost hating him. It's amazing how the movie also touched on Religious fanaticism. Both Emma and Jennifer brought emotional performances. So I did enjoy the movie cause it told the story in a different way than previously. But if I had one complaint, there were ZERO people of color in this film. I'm tired of Hollywood acting like Blacks weren't around during biblical times.

(GRADE = B+) Marvel's Phase 2 is in full drive with the sequel "Captain America: Winter Solider". Taking place only a few years after the original and The Avengers films. All of the returning cast members come back as Chris Evans plays Cap, Scarlett Johansen is back as Black Widow as well as Sam Jackson as Nick Fury. There's some new comers including Robert Redford and Anthony Mackie as Falcon. When SHIELD is comprised, Nick Fury finds himself leaning on Cap and Black Widow to get down to what's going on. Even though Phase 2 has been a success at the box office, I was disappointed by "Iron Man 3" and "Thor 2" both got C grades from me. But this was a great sequel. I loved how it played out like a political thriller.

Cap shield throwing action was off the chain, as well as him jumping from high distances. Scarlett was just fantastic, she's really grown into the Black Widow role and yes she was just too damn fine, lol. Sam was good as usual. I thought the Winter Solider was hard all the way up to the end when it got a little too sappy, lol but they stayed true to the comic. I thought Winter Solider and Falcon were underdeveloped characters but this is Cap's show. The SHIELD story line worked in this cause you knew Hulk couldn't be there cause he's uncontrollable and Tony is retired as Iron Man at this point. Thor is in another dimension. So when you asked, "Hey where are the rest of the Avengers" it makes sense. But way better than the original and one of the best Marvel Films of their catalog. Put the rest of Phase 2 and a lot of Phase 1 to shame.

2 episodes into season one of dexter, not sure if I will see it threw to the end, is it worth sticking it out?

no.

watch up until the end of season 4,deal with it,quit and don't look back.

it's all downhill after that.

Star Wars: Clone Wars. Seasons 1 and 2. A lot better watching 3-4 episodes in one sitting. Bad characters/stories don't stand out so much to when it was a week to week thing. At its best when it stuck with the battles. Lot of dark stuff.

Transformers The Movie. Still great. Great soundtrack. Blew my kid brain to see all the dying.

Street Fighter. I don't know why I watched this.

Donnie Brasco. Like Johnny Depp a whole lot more when he's not claiming Tim Burton on his taxes.

For whoever gets them and uses ultraviolet. Star Trek and Django Unchained.

But you mean to tell me Robin Wright who played Jenny the nastiest thot of all time fell off for 15+ years and came back as Claire in House of Cards to play the wife of every real niggas dreams? This film is fucking me up. I've got questions.

watched full metal jacket last night...saw it when i was younger but watching it now when i can fully understand everything allowed me to see everything that was going on better. movie is depressing, funny, charming, scary, infuriating, thoughtful...

even when i was young i never really saw this as an anti-war film...just giving a glimpse of what these dudes went through - the brainwashing/molding in boot camp & then the violence & shock they ultimately get used to when they finally go to war.

anyway, classic movie.

Caught American Beauty one of my favorite movie ever ....still smh at ole girl slumping her husband like that

First time I watched this was five years after it was released and I was transfixed ..

The score (which I own), the photography and the story: exceptional

The film also gives credibility to the phrase: "these hoes ain't loyal"

The Heat. Expected a lot more because I remember a lot of hype being around this movie. Two mains were just doing to much. Ruined some of the funny stuff. I mean, Sandra Bullock is supposed to be the 'straight man' of the two whose job is her life, but everything she does is a contradiction to what the character is supposed to be. Don't expect the fbi to hand out fuckem dresses, but if youre supposed to be this hotshot fbi girl, then you can atleast observe the crowd and try to blend instead of wasting 10 minutes on that unfunny club/bathroom scene. Stuff like that, with her just being a idiot to squeeze out a bad joke. And the other chick.. Her partner is a big girl. Okay. House not all the clean. Gotcha. But does she have to be so damn disgusting that her roommate is a fucking month old cheese sandwhich? Tons of unnecessary cursing. Couldve toned them both down.

Next up, Desolation of Smaug.
