Just saw Anchorman 2.

Despite the extreme hate it got on this site, i didnt think it was that bad.

Wasnt nearly as good as the first, but it had some lines that were hilarious to me. Id probably give it a 7.5/10 id watch it again tbh.

Grand Budapest Hotel tonite ..

I thoroughly enjoyed this. It was filled with top character actors but you wouldn't even notice ..

The production and set design was top notch. The photography too was exquisite. Ralph Fiennes the lead actor was hilarious in some parts.

Wes Anderson has finally become a filmmaking auteur ..

Has been my fave director since Rushmore just something about his style, stands out, like I know instantly I am watching one of his movies...

Snowpiercer - Interesting flick, I liked it for some reason, seems a bit disjointed at times though...

Alien 3: Assembly Cut - Props to Fincher for providing a great atmosphere, props to Charles Dutton I feel he stole the film...

Been watching this french TV show called Les Revenants (The Returned). Definitely one of the better shows I've watched the past couple years. First episode put a nigga in a clinch hold. Spent today watching the whole first season. Its slow paced but it keeps you engaged with a steady stream of suspense and it's also raw as fuck, and it brings a new definition to what a "zombie" is. A lot of the subject matter wouldn't be touched by american television. I really encourage you guys to watch. 2nd season should be out in another month or 2. A&E is gonna drop an american version the end of this year but trust me it won't be as good.

The Returned: Opens in a small mountain community which is rocked to its core when several local people who are presumed dead suddenly re-appear at their homes. Despite having passed away some years earlier, these ghostly characters appear in human form, they have not aged, and they are completely unaware of their own fatality. Determined to reclaim their lives and start over, they slowly come to realize that they are not the only ones to have been brought back from the dead. Their return augers torment for their community when a series of gruesome murders bear a chilling resemblance to the work of a serial killer from the past. This is a homecoming like no other.

Canal Plus’s The Returned (Les Revenants) is probably the hottest global drama format at the moment. The stylish zombie series, a breakout hit in France and number of international territories, just won an International Emmy for Best Drama series and has a high-profile remake in the works at A&E with Carlton Cuse. Now Sundance Channel, which had acquired the first eight-episode season of the series, launching it this past Halloween, has picked up The Returned‘s upcoming second season, which is about to go into production, in a deal with Zodiak Rights. It will debut in the Us in late 2014. “The Returned has proven to be an incredible addition to our slate,” said Sundance president Sarah Barnett. “We were delighted with the overwhelming critical and fan response to the series and we expect that season two will continue to seduce and chill audiences.” Created by Fabrice Gobert, Les Revenants

All the eps have large subtitles at the bottom for you slow niggas.

Enjoy.

Saw Dallas Buyers Club- I liked it top notch acting. Both Matt and Jared deserved there Oscars.

American Hustle- great acting but overrated in my eyes was kinda boring in some spots.

Decided to rewatch Season 1 and 2 of Mad Men- just a great show and I love period pieces. Don Draper is one of the coolest character in Television history.

Saw Marty as well- Classic movie Ernest Borginine killed it. Plus you can relate the story to these times as well.

Checked out American Me a few days ago. Watched it awhile back but wanted to check it out to see how it held up. Still dope to me. It has Edward James Olmos and William Forsythe. Its about the Mexican Mafia and the prison system in the 50s and 80s. It shows when they were young and how they got to prison and the ins and outs of how the system works.
