Good sci-fi film, just could have been way more ill. Could've been epic with a big budget, better story, and two better actors to go along with laurence fishburne and olivia cooke. The end although predictable is dope af.

6.5/10

I feel like Pluto.tv does a good job of making it seem like you’re still watching TV - but it’s internet content, and there's an app, and it's free. For some strange reason, I really like the concept of channels and shows, even if it is, ultimately, on demand internet content. Watching the Guns and Explosions Channel:http://pluto.tv/#!&channel=gunsandexplosions

pain and gain starring the rock, mark Wahlberg , and Anthony mackee. it based on a true story about three Miami weight lifters who moonlighted as robbers and extortionist. their scheme goes wrong when one of their victims played by tony shaloub survives their murder scheme and seeks the aid of a retired private detective. actually I came in at the part where of the botched murder. when I saw the camera work and the frantic movment and line delivery I knew it was a Michael bay film. the movie is heavy on the comedy side. it reminded me of bad boys 2 a little. I give it a score of 4 out of 5

fierce people. staring anton yelchin(terminator salvation and stark trek as Chekov) chris evans ,diane lane Kristen stewart and Donald Sutherland. filmed in 2007 and set in the year 1980 the story is about a new jersey teenager who is fascinated with antropology and his drug addicted masseuse mother who befriends a wealthy senior citizen played by Sutherland. the wealthy oldman invites the two of them to live on his mansion and 10 acre land. I can explain it better with a trailer

it was a pretty solid film far from boring I give it a 5 out of 5

It wasnt bad . I can definitely appreciate how they concluded the movie instead of having this Resistance wipe out the opposition it. It ended it on fighting the good fight no over the top us against the world triumps at large. They inspired others to resist with their actions and it ended there i was satisfied with the ending

The first book we have to read in film class this semester is "Making a movie" written by Sidney Lumet. Im 3/4's of the way done and decided to check out his filmography and started with " Network". I first heard the "get mad!!" quote on the Badu "New Amerykah" album, but never checked out the flick. I wouldnt consider it a classic, but its definitely worth checking out. The character "howard Beale" spoke on alot of deep socially conscious issues during his "rants", and his points ring true even more in this day and age. Despite the film being a satire comedy , I did feel the ending was a bit over the top. Dope movie nonetheless.

Haha, no Swayze no wayze. I actually believe this movie got shelved and was only released because Hemsworth got the role of Thor.
