Just thought about it: Like them exactly the same way: 1st movie is ass, 2nd is "are you fuckin kidding me" levels of dopeness, 3rd is dope as fuck.

In each series, the 2nd movie is the best of the three. The Winter Soldier and The Dark Knight are both pure fuckin dopeness.

I can see that.

For me it's the rawness of The Winter Soldier that puts it above Civil War. Civil War has all the bells and whistles you would expect, and finally bringing Spidey to the Avengers fold was sweet (but necessary considering he's been an Avenger for some time and has a hand in The Infinity Gauntlet story), but The Winter Soldier pulls off being a dope ass movie without all that.

I was trying to make the case for Cap but the main thing his trilogy has over the bat (the combat choreography) is something that is done better in other films - raid 2 dropped the same time as the WS, happy I saw Cap first - and is an aspect that will be done better by other films in the future...

The DK trilogy got quotables for days, simply more layers, more fleshed out characters and the story was more compelling...all aspects that stand the test of time better...

I felt cap embodied captain America better than Batman did in his movies. Like you was watching cap on screen.

Don't feel like dark knight really showed batman as the great fighter he suppose to be and didn't felt like he was the great detective either

DK movies had ra's, joker and bane but batman had personal connections to all of them so the stakes felt higher to me. There's only so many times a marvel movie can act like the world is in trouble if the hero don't win.

The Dark Knight was a cinematic masterpiece and one of the best films of all times let alone the whole Heath Ledger death tied into it also. That movie is a pop culture phenomenon. Winter soldier would be what The Dark Knight is if the Dark Knight had never been made lets be honest.

That brings me to the 3rd movies in both franchises. TDKR was ass cheeks I hated that it didnt live up to the hype in any single way if you asked me they should have added the Bane venom to make the movie better and give it some fantasy and not take itself so damn serious. It was just poorly written and cheesy (Robin is my middle name???)

But Civil War smfh my goodness that was a great 3rd movie to a trilogy it had all those characters and storylines and still came out a good movie.

So I cant vote to be honest.
