Again, maybe not so unpopular (well these days it is, dunno why all the Em hate all of a sudden), but Eminem circa 98-2004 is a top 5, easily.

2Pac should be no where near anyone's top 5...He's a subpar MC with a few meaningful songs...If he's a top 5, so is GURU

Probably true but can imagine it was hard to follow "Hit'em Up" just like it was hard for Jay to comeback to "Ether"
