I made this prediction back on April 22:

Somewhat bold prediction:

IF Cleveland can actually win the NBA Title, then the Chicago Cubs will win the World Series. When amazing things in sports happen, they usually don't happen solo.

This is the 2nd year where both teams are legit contenders to win their respective chips. I think they both get it done.

Now that I know the Phillies have no shot to play past Sept, I wanna see just how good my Negrodamus skills actuall are.

The dream is still alive.

If my Indians don't win the World Series, I want the Cubs to win it.

cubs winning last night at wrigley in virtually the same scenario as 03 is gonna be a moment many cubs fans never forget

its about avenging 03

that shit was devastating to cubs fans

in retrospect i do think its weird that the storyline was that the cubs had to beat kershaw and not the facing elimination dodgers have to beat cy young candidate kyle hendricks

it really is like watching a taller maddux with the way he operates on the mound

he was grabbing their phones and taking pictures of them together

when they interviewed him they asked him where his family was at (since everybody family was on the field) and he said that he was alone

hopefully his family get their passports in time for the world series

the burden some of these players play through doesnt get talked about enough
