How do yall think your teams made out in the draft?

Cubs drafted a bunch of pitchers they didn't have any high picks I won't doubt nothin theo and co drafts they've been spot on for the most part

Dodgers took a ss (pick 20)out of high school who they say compares to Chase Utley. They took the catcher from Louisville (pick 32) with the pick they got from Arizona for losing Greinke. I am hearing it is kind of a reach since he was only rated as the 110th prospect. They took the pitcher out of Vanderbilt 36th who has already had TJ surgery in high school. They took another pitcher at 65 from Santa Clara who also had previous TJ surgery.

since the 1st of may cc sabathia has the best era in baseball

its a little better than kershaw

his overall era is the lowest at this point in his career

wtf i never would have thought that after watching the way he ended last season and him checking himself into an alcohol rehab center -- the yankees have also been playing well lately but long term they have to be sellers and dump their aging talent for prospects but if they continue to trend upward then the cashman/steinbrener 'braint trust' might double down on the old timers

there are contenders who woudl offer a good return for beltran who is having a great year but is 39 years old or andrew miller

these are players that could take a team over the top

this yankee team is basically a .500 team

few games over

few games under

and nothing they hav ecoming in the minors is going to change that in the next few eyars

The Cubs’ Jason Parks was at Yankee Stadium this week to scout the Bombers’ all-world bullpen trio of Aroldis Chapman, Andrew Miller and Dellin Betances, reports George A. King III of the New York Post.

Cubs been scouting the yankees for a few weeks.I think they're gonna end up doing something if the price is right.Cubs can give them anybody not named willson contreras, gleyber torres or dylan cease.

Yankees need to come off one of them bullpen arms no need to have 3 elite bullpen arms on a non contender

chapman is on a very short list of relievers id give away an actual asset to acquire

Yea chapman is who I'd want the most cuz he's nasty I've seen it 1st hand for years from his reds days

But yankeee fans were talking about schwarber or baez they buggin chapman a free agent this winter.Only problem is his character issue, theo like them high character cats that's why I think miller is the target

damn i forgot he was a fa and rondon is proving himself to be elite as a closer so you have to let that play out

miller elite too and no problem being a set up man

i was a fan of the joe nathan signing

thats a low risk signing with a potentially huge reward

but youd still like to see the cubs go get at elast one more bullpen arm

preferably one more likely to pay off

the cardinals have leapfrogged the pirates for 2nd place in the central

losing cole and cervelli is coming at a bad time for them

Specifically a lefty they have none they can rely on besides travis wood cuz clayton richard sucks they need to hurry up and dfa duke.I hate when he comes in the game he hasn't got an out in a crucial situation since that milwaukee game weeks ago when the cubs used the whole roster

They got their 2 top pitching prospects to glasgow and taillon to help with losing cole.I think losing cervelii gonna seriously hurt them cuz he's out 4-6 weeks

cervelli was jsut coming off a different injury too

i think if cole is out long term then thats it

he and melancon have been the only pirates pitchers that havent been like playing russian roulette this year and melancon cant do shit if they keep blowing the game before he has a chance to save it

right now pitt pitching sucks

taillon and glasnow will have to make specatcular debuts when they arrive after the super two deadline
