Looks like it may be Dodgers/Yankees in the World Series. As a natural playoff rival of my Indians and after what happened in the ALDS, fuck the Yankees! However, I give props when it's due and this is the most exciting Yankees team in a long time. I think the Astros are shell-shocked.

they need to just scrap the marlins and rays since nobody gives a shit about either team and cut two teams off because if this happens how are the white sox ever going to beat the cubs in the world series + a longer playoff season means more likely early november games which in places like chicago could be miserable experience for fans to sit through and players to play in

These two franchises are legit the worst. Somehow the Marlins managed 2 chips. I'm guessing you can't just body them. But the Rays need to go. Not sure if Montreal needs a team tho. I can see Charlotte... Where else do you see a team?

their elevation is like 2000 feet higher than denver

we would see football scores every game

manfred has said that mexico and montreal are his two frontrunners for expansion but there are probably a dozen or so markets that would catapult to the top of an expansion/relocation list if they built an mlb ballpark

mlb is not going to play favorites over anyone so long as they

a) have an owner with a lot of money

and

b) have an mlb stadium built/being built/financed (mlb wont help build it)

growth etc

those guys just need to get better

bullpen needs personnel change

rotation too

but the position players have to just grow and develop as hitters more

this team will only go as far as all those names i listed above take it

all need to go back to the drawing board this offseason

You forgot Contreras.they need a new hitting coach too cuz the cubs have struggled with situational hitting for 3 years now

That being said I'm pretty sure theo will get a new pen alzolay in the arizona fall league dominating out the pen and I heard they might convert de la cruz to a bullpen pitcher cuz he stay inured and may not have the durability to start.

70 mil off the books they'll have dough to spend and nobody in the nl scares me.Dodgers were good this year but they're basically capped out they're way over the tax.Cubs will be back next year and I think they'll smash the league like 2016

they really missed fowlers consistent presence
