yeah charlotte really seems to be budding as a hot new area for millennials in the u.s and an upcoming sports town but as you said the problem is charlotte just built a new stadium — the white sox triple a team play in that bb&t ballpark and its just far too small as a stop gap and it cant be reasonably expanded so i dont think it could really house an mlb team

now their old stadium on the other hand was built to expand to suit mlb should a team have relocated there but the front runner will always be the place closest to building a stadium

no matter if its the best market

i just dont like the major realignment

put 1 in a.l and 1 in n.l

then figure out schedule

or

they need to just scrap the marlins and rays since nobody gives a shit about either team and cut two teams off because if this happens how are the white sox ever going to beat the cubs in the world series + a longer playoff season means more likely early november games which in places like chicago could be miserable experience for fans to sit through and players to play in

These two franchises are legit the worst. Somehow the Marlins managed 2 chips. I'm guessing you can't just body them. But the Rays need to go. Not sure if Montreal needs a team tho. I can see Charlotte... Where else do you see a team?
