Raleigh/Durham is silicon valley of south. Charlotte banking capital of the US. Cost of living and housing cheaper in NC. You got mtns and beaches 3hrs away no matter the city you live in NC.

I fuck with Dalaas and Houston tho but nothing better than NC but I'm bias like everyone else in the thread lol.
