I should really go back in that original thread and e slap everybody but I'm lazy as fuck

I never once doubted troy and the beef between him and tax was a huge reason why. Tax tried to kill troy, shot his bodyguard, dropped the gun, troy picked it up and let it fly

Had everybody talking about troy in interviews talking about how he ruined it for shows in NY and he's stupid and blah blah blah. Nah I said it in the original thread:

DNA believed to belong to the podcast host, Daryl Campbell, 31, who is known as Taxstone, was found on the trigger, hand grip and magazine of the 9-millimeter Kel-Tec semiautomatic handgun that was used in the shooting in the V.I.P. green room of a crowded Manhattan concert venue, a federal complaint says.

Mr. Campbell had the gun before the shooting, and videos show him coming into the green room before the gunfire and then fleeing, the complaint says. In front of him was the bodyguard, Ronald McPhatter. Behind Mr. Campbell was a person who is not named in the complaint, but who appears to be Troy Ave — whose real name is Roland Collins — based on earlier police accounts. Wounded in the legs, Mr. Collins was holding the Kel-Tec gun and firing it toward a fleeing Mr. Campbell

The complaint, sworn out by Detective Jose Flores of the New York Police Department, quotes a public threat, which it says Mr. Campbell made before the shooting, that he would open fire on Mr. Collins: “When I see you walking up with six dudes, bang-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba.” Mr. Campbell repeatedly adds, “Try me"

The federal complaint says he spoke publicly of belonging to the Bloods gang.

Mr. Campbell’s lawyer, Kenneth Montgomery, said he could not discuss the case before learning more about the accusations.“He’s doing as best he can for anybody charged with a federal crime

I told y'all niggas.

@Elzo69Renaissance

Too circumstantial to stick, huh?

How they going charge possession w/o catching him with it

He walking

Troy Ave took the gun and fired back....as seen in the footage.

The cops arrested Troy Ave with that gun on him.

They could have lifted tax's DNA off that gun.

maybe They scuffled, still doesn't prove it's his gun

Still not catching him with the gun

Lawyer ain't shit if that weak shit stick

So yeah....about that.

Yo If the cops search his house and find gun powder on his clothe...That boy is going 4 life.No love for him for killing the bodyguard too.

^^ I'm thinking it means he will beat most of the serious charges but still have to answer for the guns that they found in his van.. But the reckless endangerment and the other charges he should be able to beat given the circumstances.

To add to that.. Overall nobody wins in this situation.. This shit came from cats talking tough.. Now look.. All for what?...

Taxstone made a poor decision and now he is paying for his poor choice. Hopefully as he sits in jail he reflects on his bad decisions which got him in prison. Thanks to Taxstone's bad choices it led to a man losing his life and several innocent people including Maino's girlfriend getting shot. He's the reason why venue's were shut down. All because of Taxstone's poor decisions.

They had that gun for 7 months, as soon as they got they tested it and Troy's shit was on it. Now 7 months later Tax shit is on it, who by the way is already in the system so if they found some other prints/DNA 7 months ago they could have easily tied that shit to Tax.

Troy got just as much of an L for keeping that shit.

The fuck you keeping random guns for 1) you just used in a crime 2) that you picked up from the other nigga in said crime. You don't know how many bodies could be on that shit.

They should make them niggas be cellmates.

So, my mans pulls out the gun, busts at troy and kills his body gaurd, drops the gun, and then troy picks up the gun and shoots back? That shit is like a movie.

Now the sad thing is, taxstone is a relatively successful dude. Like yo why even put yourself in this situation? He deserves whatever comes his way just for that. Like bruh had the chance to turn his life around and just be rah rah on the radio and say controversial shit, and he was gonna make enough to live comfortably, legally. Instead he trying to murder dudes cause of some street shit? Stupid motherfucker. They could hang him straight up and I still wouldnt call it excessive.
