Troy aint getting off completly because he still fired a shot in a club full of innocent people. But it looks like most of the serious charges will get dropped. Even the fact that he shot could be explained by the fact that he just saw his friend get killed and he himself got shot in the leg and so he was under emotional durress and couldnt think right. Still not gonna get him off completly, but it should reduce his sentence a bit.
