Dang, I guess my ears are shot. A lot of people are saying the album is trash, only has 3-4 songs, production is bad, he's lost musically \_(*.*)_/...BRUH, I count 10 really good songs on this album EASY. WHAT ARE PEOPLE LOOKING FOR FROM HIM!?!?! If you want his old music listen to his old music. I think you have to step back and appreciate the album and songs for what they are and where he has been in his life since the last album. This album captures a time period of his life. However, I do think at a certain point the content becomes redundant but the songs are still good. Pharrell co-produced the album and had a lot to do with the direction of the content and is held is one the greatest musical writers and producers of our time. Production on the album is tight.

So I'm confused...

I'm 8 songs in....like about 3 so far. It's not the street shit I want. Them damn Neptunes beats dont exactly fit Tip style. It's too poppy, it sounds like a girl record even when it's not supposed to be.

If he ain't got tracks like he would have given Pusha or Clipse then Pharrell should have stayed away.

Ironically, the subject matter in his earlier music is more broad and mature than his most recent work. He can still spit, it just doesnt sound right sonically and as someone stated earlier his content becomes redundant as the album goes on.
