That's bullshit. "He ain't no average nigga on the streets," but he got busted for some shit that the average nigga on the street cant afford nor has access to. And " the feds thought they could use him to deter kids........" That's bullshit too!! The nigga still making the same negative music that encourages kids by the millions to do negative shit. So you think that by doing a few speeches to a room with 50 kids in it, an few crime stoppers ads, fines, & 7 months in prison is justification for a reduction of at least 19 years off of a sentence for an 8 time felon??? Come on son, you got to be smarter than that.

Also, it's not that I want to see another black man in jail, but if a regular nigga off of the street get's 10 years for having 1 gun while being a felon I don't give a fuck what color you are if you have 8 felonies on your record you deserve to be in prison for more than 7 fucking months regardless!! That 8th felony should've served as proof that this person does not respect the law at all. He would've gotten way more time had he not been willing to work with the feds it's that simple. And I ain't talking about that petty-ass community service & ads and shit either!

Co-sign!! They could careless about a rapper or even less about setting examples for kids. The prosecutors job is to prosecute criminals period!! Not to play Mother Teresa, but to prosecute criminals!! And again, T.I. would not have been eligible for a sentence like this because his record is so bad so he had to have done something much bigger to land a sentence like this. It's not hard to figure y'all...seriously let the fact that he's your favorite rapper go & use a little common sense. If that doesn't work for you, just to satisfy your own curiosity call a lawyer & give him T.I.'s full scenario & see what he tells you!
