They depowered Thunder and a lot of Pikachu's moves and gave his not so used moves from Brawl slight improvements.

The lowered the vertical hitbox of thunder, his up-smash got a larger vertical hitbox, his Bair is usable now.

To elaborate on the upsmash hitbot.. I seen pika using it from under the platform on the demo stage, and going through the bottom of the platform barely and connecting with the upsmash.

Pikachu is gonna be the GOAT on platform stages bruh.

Rest of it seems like it still works the same way.

Also, fuck the lurking ass niggas that took the download codes.
