I ain't trying to be funny and even though he's a POS asshole, Hogan imo should be at least in the top 5 of that list.

Hogan laid the start of the foundation of what WWE is today. His run from '84-91 is nothing to overlook. If Vince's gamble on Hogan didn't pan out in the 80's would there even been a Bret Hart, HBK, Rock, Stone Cold, or Undertaker? Would WWE even exist if WrestleMania flopped in '85?

Dude's career almost went into the toilet during the mid 90's until he was apart of one of the greatest heel turns in wrestling history.

Andre (not even 5mins)

Warrior

Macho

Slaughter

Taker

Flair

Bret (Idk if this was considered Hogan era or the new era)

Bret's era didn't start until WrestleMania X when they started advertising The New Generation commercials on TV. So I'll say that's 7 different champs during Hogan's era. His first title run was 4 years so that's why there wasn't as many different champions. Although, Hogan probably wouldn't have been champion for 4 yrs if WrestleMania III would have went like it was supposed to with Andre beating Hogan for the title.

Top 15 is there for iconography and no lies were told. Not about just technical superiority. They do call this sports "entertainment" before anything else.

I like The Hitman but he is nowhere near as iconic as any of those names. Even if the ranking order isn't right the names sure are.
