I think Lauyrn Hill is dope but there are a lot female Mc's that can out rap her. Plus she hasn't released anything in 20 years.

And 3k has never released an album at all. He's dope but it's unfair to others to be mentioned with the greats when you haven't proved that you can hold an entire album by yourself.
