But I wouldn't consider a trip to Paris something you bought for her. That's something you two could do together. Something to help bond, build memories, and strengthen the relationship. That's spending money together, not spending money on her.

However, if you've gotta buy a bunch of stuff, like clothes, cars, jewelry, etc to keep her attention, especially if she's always mentioning / asking for those thing, then you've probably got a gold digger on your hands, whether she loves you or not..

Personally, I rarely buy things for my femme that only she can enjoy.

I usually spend money on things we can enjoy / do together, i.e. dinners, trips, events, etc..
