Yeah I don't know about the rest of the country but they were playing Pump It Up every half hour and playing commercials saying that, "Joe Budden is the streets first round draft pick". They hyped that album up to be like Get Rich or Die Trying. We were expecting the next 50 Cent. At least thats how it was in NYC.
