Its different for them  I agree, though. They are just like the black women who relax their hair cause they dont like their natural hair.

*yes, I know not all black women who relax their hair, and men who sport waves have self-hate issues, so dont go there.

I don't see how waves show any self-loathing. 360 waves are a hairstyle only used by black men. I guess because we don't want our hair looking rough.

I guess I should preface that with "some" but here nor there...is this any less self loathing than the black women you chastise for doing fuck ass shit to their hair/images?

also

don't ever sent me a pic like this. don't ever ask me to comment on a pic like this. i gives less than a fuck about a wave pattern, especially if your face looks like the showbiz gorilla

*****sidebar-I feel like i've made this thread before but maybe I didn't. maybe I meant to and forgot. anywho...

SORRY but what I am about to say is the TRUTH!

Black men hate themselves. they really need to go talk to god. they try hard for waves to get "good hair". It so sad that they dont know how wack it looks. Black men that have nappy hair and try to keep waves or cut real low are worse than black women who wear weave. that ish is just sad. Its the epitome of SELF HATE.

LIE LIE LIE. I see you guys aways with a brush in your hand brushing your hair so the waves could stay LIE LIE. I am dying right now and black men say black women hate ourselves.

no. waves are natural for alot of black men....theres no chemicals needed just mosturizer and a brush...and it has nothing to do with "self hate" or trying to look like another race b/c no other race has waves and hair like the black man...

p.s I dont do waves anymore

it changes visually but the characteristics and structure does not change

Im not talking about chemically/permanently altered. In that pic, the mans hair clearly did not grow like that. It is trained to get that appearance.

keeping ur hair "cut-low" is self-hate now in black men?? really??

wow...it used to be among black women that we'd have to date a white girl to be self-haters. now all we have to do is get a haricut??

i feel you on this. like if i cut my hair, wash it, grease etc (just the regular hygiene routine) my waves will show enuff just to say " i carry myself well " and thats just the natural occurence off the strength. cats with waves like in that pic are doing way too much, perming and dying their hair. i hate to spin this, but alot of the problem lies with these feminist thinking, homo embracing, new age females.a nice clean cut cat who doesnt do all the crazy extra shit doesnt have waves ... they're "ripples" now. LOL

its like some women are becoming so feminist, that they are only attracted to men with feminine ways
