first i'd print out the online coupons like i always do, then grab the circulars from several local supermarkets then shop around.

wheat bread - 2 for 5

big jar of peanut butter (when all else fails, PB&Js hit the spot)

tuna

eggs

chicken

thats it..and hopefully i have a monthly metrocard already to cover my daily to and fro.

A Box of Liptons Green Tea w Ginseng = $2.20 (All you have to do is add water (right from the sink) and boom you've got two weeks supply of iced tea)

Frozen Vegetable Stir Fry Pack (x 8) = $1.00 each = 8.00

Dozen Eggs= $2.00

Chick Peas (x2) = $2.00

Chicken = 4.00

Then spend a dime on some herb, and the other 2 dollars on loose cigarettes and spliff that shit so it stretches till I get paid again

Psshh, $30 is luxury, yall don't know what stretching a dollar is! I could (and sadly have) gone 2 weeks for $15.

12 packs of ramen - about $2

1 carton eggs - about $2

2 packs of gwality hot dogs - about $2

1 loaf of bread - about $1

2 packs of paul mall menthol 100's - about $8

The ramen and bread are the filler, you need the hot dogs and eggs as your main protein/energy source. Paul Malls because they burn super slow and you can put them out after a few hits and stretch each cig out.
