My general point with the Florida is on the East Coast argument is that nobody claimed it until recently. Its not historically part of the Dirty South, but its definitely on the East Coast, especially all the cities that are relevant.

I'm not convinced that Florida is in the South music wise. The I-95 runs through Miami and it's a city built by and frequented by NY, Jersey, and Philly cats. Yeah they have a southern bounce and strip club culture down there, but the modern music scene is also heavily influenced by NYC.

Ross seems more comfortable on a track with Fat Joe, Raekwon, or Kool G Rap than he does with Luke.
