I've seen quite a few. Usually it's kind of a rare sighting, but the last couple of weeks has been crazy for 'em. Like all the owners decided to just drive 'em for a change.

nah, the V12 is tight as long as it never overheated. BMW also had a 15 year warranty on those engines, so it's entirely conceivable that a '96 850CSi had its engine completely serviced only 2 years ago. With little driving, that could be a damned good car.

Im also thinking about regular maintenance on those things. Not to mention they didnt put down much power with 12 cyclinders. Prob be better and cheaper to get the v8 and add some forced induction.
