Both cats from that company were late to the meeting 'cause they said the lines to get gas around Dallas were long as shit and they both needed to fill up during their lunch hour (the meeting was right after lunch). Both of them said the price of gas shot up because the refineries down in Houston are closed and that's where their gas is coming from.
