It's true, she should be able to pass out anywhere without fear of something happening to her. In a perfect word that would happen, in a perfect world people would probably take her somewhere better than a dumpster. But the fact is this isn't a perfect world and people take and do whatever they want to, for whatever reason they decide to. And because of that, you have to behave accordingly, unfortunately.

We should be able to that with everything, not worry about being stolen from or robbed. Shouldn't have to worry about walking out late at night in fear I might get murdered.
