Yeah, they would have, but who outside of true hip hop heads know who these artists are? If you REALLY want to get technical who outside of aficionados of Bay Area rap knows who these artists are? The reality of the situation is that Snoop and Dre are household names that every knows and an argument can be made that Pac had his biggest success and shot to superstardom when he was on Death Row. Anyway, props to him getting in the Rock and Hall of Fame.
