I thought u could sign custody over to someone if you're a single parent.

You can as an Enlisted and joining the old fashioned way. She was going to be an officer and I imagine they're a bit more stricter about those things. Even so, she signed a ROTC contract saying that she has to report all changes in her health immediately for reasons just like this.

Man i remember in our unit there was this e-3 who got a new female LT pregnant , they kicked his ass out but let her stay, i was like damn...aint that a bitch

I respect this young lady's decision not to choose abortion as a solution to her dilemma, but I can't help but point out how ridiculous her reasoning is:

Being a Catholic, she said abortion was never an option for her.

Being a Catholic also means putting out before you're married is never an option...

It irks me that people, when asked to rationalize their actions, skirt critical thought and introspection; choosing rather to exploit the fact that they happened to be born to a couple of people who happen to subscribe to a particular religious belief that was itself invented (and developed/refined over time) by people living in a period of human history when the greatest wisdom of the day could not match that of the present day.
