Should Michael Vick Start Next Game?

well with Kolb having a head injury i'd start Vick until Kolb is 100% right cuz if you throw him in too early he might have another Brian Westbrook moment....i think Vick can hold it down for a few weeks and hopefully Reid doesn't have him doing all sorts of dumb stuff like taking a QB draw on 4 AND 1 with no timeouts and a chance to tie and possibly win the game....if it was somethin minor like an ankle or wrist i'd start with Kolb again....also switching the QB's is dumb as shit and is only gonna take away from Kolbs rythm and progression...why dont they just have Mike come in at RB?

LMAO...FUK YALL....i meant he can come in at the RB postion....its obvious that when Kolb goes out and McNabb goes in that the wildcat is in play....why not keep both of them in the backfield and run the wildcat that way since Mike is more dangerous with his legs and can throw.....like a QB

Or you can leave him at qb and get the same effect

because then you still have kolb in and thats one less player that can do something that particular play....

well looking at how they run the wildcat it's mostly the QB(Vick) holding the ball and running or passing....unlike Miami's where they actaully interchange both the RB and QB with Brown and Williams

The reason why Philly let Mcnabb go is because they didn't want to give him another big contract, they were like fuck it and went with Kolb, everyone knows Kolb aint nowhere near Mcnabb.

yeah but what im saying is kolb's just standing there..he's not going to be out on a pass pattern or blocking like lesean mccoy would be doing, so he'd be useless

yeah true i guess that is what the other back is or should be doing back there....lol

*goes back to Madden Lab to make this wildcat play work to perfection while mumbling the words "they'll see" over and over again*

No, he shouldn't start. An injury shouldn't cause you to lose you're starting position no matter how well the back up plays. BUT I do feel that if Kolb plays terrible next game and does not win against the Lions, Vick should start in week 3.

Drew Bledsoe got hurt against the Jets

so they brought in back up QB Tom Brady

damn, and they play the Lions next game, yeah, even if Kolb is cleared, he should sit. Vick could have a good FF day

im hoping vick starts. i mean kolb needs to earn that gunslinger mentality. but he had throws that made you shake your head. desean jackson did nothing last game and i hope that vick at least looks for him next game. we can't win if he doesnt get involved. i dont care how many rushing yards vick has. jackson is out game breaker and he needs to have a good game.

Yes he should, and he's probably going to while they continue to monitor Kolb's injury, but he should anyway.

People act like this guy isn't an elite quarterback because he went to jail. He's been back in training for almost 2 years and still young enough to play like a champ. Sure, he's not what you would call a great QB by conventional measures, but he has a unique skill set that seems to work great with the Eagles offense.

He was never an elite QB while he was in the league. He was just an elite runner with a average arm.
