That whole area is notorious for using the cops as a cash cow for the cities and county by having them write as many tickets as they can. I had a chick in Niles that used to go to EMU with me that I would come out that way to smash a few times a year. I ran into them cops back then learned quick as fuck to keep it at the speed limit and make sure all my shit is tight.
