When I was a kid (around 11 or 12) I went to visit relatives in Canton (right outside Jackson). The water was brown....not brown like Coca Cola but like clear water with an obvious brown tint to it. Everybody said it was normal and that made your skin soft when you shower.....but yet they drank only bottled water.....
